Fall is in the Air!







Hope it starts to feel like fall with this next “virtual” class! This wonderful menu will inspire you to add something new, and a little healthy, to any fall celebration- big (Thanksgiving) or small (just a Tuesday night). The menu will include: Marinated Kale Salad; Walnut-Crusted Turkey Scaloppini with Orange-Scented Cranberry Sauce; Brussel Sprout Sauté with Pine Nuts and Cranberries; Maple Sweet Potato Casserole; and Pecan Praline Bites for a sweet treat.

Sign up for the class for $25 and receive recipe cards by mail and then receive a photo diary of each recipe by email. The photo diary will help you create the menu at home with step-by-step photos and direction. The photo diaries will also contain many do-ahead ideas for simple entertaining.
