New classes are offered every 6 weeks and are demonstration style. Students receive recipe cards to follow along, take notes, and to take home. Classes are 2 hours and are offered from 11:00am to 1:00pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week.
My first class back just had to be my favorite cuisine, Mediterranean! This menu is bold in flavors yet light on the palate at the same time. This meal is perfect to take you from those summer barbecues back into your kitchen. The menu will include: Homemade Labneh or "Yogurt Cheese" with Pistachios and Honey; Mediterranean Vegetable Stew; Roasted Chicken with Turmeric and Olive Pan Sauce; and Lemon-Pine Nut Biscotti for a sweet ending.
