February/March menu coming soon!



Lunch in Paris III- Leave this class with the recipes and know-how to turn your kitchen into a Paris café. In this class you will learn to make crepes, and discover how the French turn simple ingredients into delicious dishes. This mouth-watering menu will include: French Bistro Salad with Baked Goat Cheese Croutes; Shrimp a l’Americaine; and Brandied Dessert Crepes with Dark Chocolate-Espresso Sauce and Whipped Creme Fraiche for an extra special ending!

Dates for the new menu will be posted early Monday morning – January 13th. This new class will run from February 4th through March 11th (excluding Feb 11-13). Please visit my website January 13th to see February/March dates. Reservations for classes remain the same; email me with your request and I will make every effort to get you into the class of your choosing. Please remember, you must email me with your request, DO NOT hit REPLY to a blog post.

If you are interested in taking this class with several friends, please respond early and I will make every effort to get you into the class together. As always, please try to give a couple of date choices when making your request.
