New classes are offered every 6 weeks and are demonstration style. Students receive recipe cards to follow along, take notes, and to take home. Classes are 2 hours and are offered from 11:00am to 1:00pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week.

"Summer Harvest Supper- Redux"- This menu started as a virtual class in 2020, but it is just too good not to do in person. The menu and recipes are slightly tweaked from the original virtual class. We will use some simple fresh ingredients to create a meal that you will use all summer long! This menu will include: Sugar Snap Pea and Pistachio Salad; Zucchini-Corn Muffins; Shrimp, Tomato and Spanish Chorizo Bake; and Berry Cheesecake Parfaits for a special sweet treat!
