“Italian-American with Ease!”

Italian-American recipes are the ultimate comfort food! We will use some pantry staples to help out, as well as some do-ahead ideas that make this menu truly "Italian with Ease"! The menu will include: No-Stir Polenta; Roman-Rosemary Polenta Squares; Meatballs in Marinara; Zucchini Spaghetti; and Lemon-Blueberry Ricotta Cake for a sweet ending.
