“Cozy Fall Dinner!”

Open a bottle of wine and stay in with this comforting meal! This menu is perfect for guests but also easy enough for weeknight dining! We will learn a few do-ahead tips, as well as a dairy-free, flourless chocolate cake sure to please the biggest chocolate lover! The menu will include: Little Gem Salad with Lemony Breadcrumbs; Pan-Roasted Chicken with Mushrooms, Carrots and Thyme; Parmesan Farro; and Flourless Olive Oil Chocolate Cake for a very special ending!
