“Fall is in the Air”

This wonderful menu will inspire you to add something new, and a little healthy, to any fall celebration- big (Thanksgiving) or small (just a Tuesday night). The menu will include: Marinated Kale Salad; Walnut-Crusted Turkey Scaloppini with Orange-Scented Cranberry Sauce; Brussel Sprout Sauté with Pine Nuts and Cranberries; Maple Sweet Potato Casserole; and Pecan Praline Bites for a sweet treat.
