November/December class coming soon!



Fall in Love!- Let the flavors of fall shine in this menu. As the weather cools off a bit, we will be using some seasonal ingredients to spice up your fall and season of entertaining. This menu will include: Fall Salad with Pecan-Apple Cider Vinaigrette; Blackened Pan-Roasted Steak; Butternut-Miso Mash; and we will make Pastry Dough and turn it into a Seasonal Fruit Crostata for a special ending.

Dates for the new menu will be posted early Monday morning – October 7th. This new class will run from November 5th through December 12th. Please visit my website October 7th to see November/December dates. Reservations for classes remain the same; email me with your request and I will make every effort to get you into the class of your choosing. Please remember, you must email me with your request, DO NOT hit REPLY to a blog post.

If you are interested in taking this class with several friends, please respond early and I will make every effort to get you into the class together. As always, please try to give a couple of date choices when making your request.

Miso Butterscotch!

In this month’s class we will be using miso with a Japanese-inspired meal. But miso is such a great ingredient, I hope that you will look into using it in all kinds of dishes, not just Asian.
