Warm up with Soup!

If you are not up to the challenge of cooking today, but still in the mood for soup, this Amy’s Golden Lentil soup is the first canned soup I have ever enjoyed. It is especially good if you add some Madras Curry Powder leftover from our pumpkin soup in October.

New Menu – January 2019

Dates for the new menu will be posted early Monday morning – December 3rd. Please visit my website or click here on Monday to see January dates.

Start the New Year off with some new flavors inspired by Southeast Asia. All of these dishes will come together quickly with a few new Asian condiments, and rice and glass noodles. This bright, flavorful and gluten-free menu will include: Thai Chicken Noodle Soup; Soy-Glazed Beef Tenderloin; Glass Noodle-Vegetable Stir-fry; and Asian Pear Crisp for a sweet ending.

If you are interested in taking this class with several friends, please respond early and I will make every effort to get you into the class together. As always, please try to give a couple of date choices when making your request.
