This delicious menu will include: Romaine Salad with a Parmesan-Tahini Dressing (Caesar-like) and a Parmesan Crisp; Beef Tenderloin with a Peppercorn-Cognac Sauce; Baked Potato Wedges; and Spiced Pear Cake for the perfect fall treat!

Dates for the new menu are now open! There are a limited amount of date choices for this menu, due to the large amount of private classes that were booked. I will do my best to try and get you into the class of your choosing.
