“Steakhouse Meal” class dates now open!



Create your own steakhouse meal in the comforts of your kitchen with this menu. Just add a glass of Cabernet and you will be set for a fabulous night in! This delicious menu will include: Romaine Salad with a Parmesan-Tahini Dressing (Caesar-like) and a Parmesan Crisp; Beef Tenderloin with a Peppercorn-Cognac Sauce; Baked Potato Wedges; and Spiced Pear Cake for the perfect fall treat!

Dates for the new menu are now open! There are a limited amount of date choices for this menu, due to the large amount of private classes that were booked. I will do my best to try and get you into the class of your choosing.

Reservations for classes remain the same; email me with your request and I will make every effort to get you into the class of your choosing. As always, please try to give a couple of date choices when making your request.

I will now be taking Zelle as a form of payment, along with the Venmo and personal check I already take. The Zelle account is under my phone number (210-325-7639). Any of these forms of payment can be used to reserve your seat at the new price of $65. And remember, once you reserve your seat, your prompt payment will hold that reservation.
