“Stretching Summer” class dates now open!






Stretch your summer with this delightful meal! This menu will transport you to one last vacation for the summer! This fabulous menu will include: No-Knead Focaccia Bread; Antipasto Salad; Italian Seafood Stew with Cod and Orzo; and Flourless Citrus Olive Oil Cake for a sweet and light ending.

Please visit my website or click here to see the “Stretching Summer” dates. Reservations for classes remain the same; email me with your request and I will make every effort to get you into the class of your choosing. As always, please try to give a couple of date choices when making your request.

I will now be taking Zelle as a form of payment, along with the Venmo and personal check I already take. The Zelle account is under my phone number (210-325-7639). Any of these forms of payment can be used to reserve your seat at the new price of $65. And remember, once you reserve your seat, your prompt payment will hold that reservation.

“Stretching Summer” menu coming soon!






Stretch your summer with this delightful meal! This menu will transport you to one last vacation for the summer! This fabulous menu will include: No-Knead Focaccia Bread; Antipasto Salad; Italian Seafood Stew with Cod and Orzo; and Flourless Citrus Olive Oil Cake for a sweet and light ending.

Dates for the new menu will be posted Monday morning – July 31st. This new class will run August 29 until September 28 on select dates. This week I am taking reservations for private groups of 8.

The price of the classes this year have gone up by $5 to $65 to reflect the rising costs at the grocery store. And as always, a portion of your payment will help feed the hungry in our community.

If you are interested in taking this class with several friends, please respond early next week, and I will make every effort to get you into the class together. As always, please try to give a couple of date choices when making your request.

Easy Summer Dessert!

Happy Summer!

Thought I would share the dessert I whipped (literally) up last night. It was seasonal, easy and made with just 3 ingredients that I had on hand. Just goes to show, you don’t need to expend a lot of energy this summer on dessert when nature has given you the perfect muse–juicy ripe nectarine!

The delicious treat was just some diced nectarine, topped with fresh whipped cream and a few Biscoff cookies I broke into crumbs, enjoy!
