Pizza class openings and S’mores Pizza recipe!

Roman Holiday!- All new pizza class with best-yet pizza crust! Learn to make this new pizza dough, with many do-ahead tips, and turn it into your favorite pizza pie. This fun and delicious menu will include: Antipasti Salad; Thin Crust Pizza Dough; Fire-Roasted Margherita Pizza with Smoked Mozzarella; Kale-Pumpkin Seed Pesto Pizza; and single serve Tiramisu for an extra special sweet ending.

Chicken Salad for warming weather!

So I committed the cardinal sin of “shopping while hungry”, but this time it worked out! Bought this chicken salad at Costco and was pleasantly surprised. Tastes great, perfect for portion control and great for an easy protein-filled lunch!

Of course it is always better to make chicken salad from scratch so check out the recipe below for a new twist on the classic.
