Due to the our present health crisis I am unable to teach the “Memories of Mexico” class. But as they say- necessity is the mother of invention- so I have decided to try a new method of teaching, to keep my kitchen in business!
Memories of Mexico class will be offered as a virtual class- just in time for Cinco de Mayo! Details below the photos.

When you sign up for the class you will receive 5 recipe cards by mail. You will also receive by email a photo diary (see example by clicking on orange link below) of each recipe along with special notes to help you create the perfect meal on your own.

The cost of the virtual class is $25, payable as usual by Venmo or check. And just like my regular classes, a portion of each reservation will go to feeding the hungry in San Antonio. For this class, I am choosing the San Antonio Food Bank.
