I love finding creative ways to use leftovers, and as you can imagine I have a lot! If you enjoyed this month’s short rib class and you happen to have some leftover meat, try making this short rib grilled cheese—rye bread, caramelized shallots, Manchego cheese, and finely shredded short rib meat. It is almost worth making the short ribs just for this sandwich!
For this month’s menu, I am using many staples that I purchased at Trader Joe’s. They are all good products at good prices so I wanted to share a picture of these products; as we all know, a picture is worth a thousand words.
