This meal is a perfect start to the fall. We will use seasonal ingredients, as well as warm spices and herbs, to elevate everyday dishes. This delicious menu will include: Pear Bruschetta with Gorgonzola Cream; Butternut Squash Risotto with Saffron and Sage; Maple-Glazed Salmon; and Pecan Pie Bars to really get you in the mood for some fall entertaining.
Dates for the new menu will be posted Friday morning – September 24. This new class will run mid-October through mid-November on select dates. This week I am taking reservations for private groups of 8. Please visit my website September 24 to see available October and November dates. And for the safety of all, please only sign up for a class if you have been vaccinated.
