Craving tacos, but trying to make taco night a bit healthier? This is what I had for dinner last night- simple, delicious and nutritious! You can make the pesto and crema to go with, or you can just top with some seasoned cabbage and a wedge of avocado. To make a simple slaw topping, I like to grab a bag of angel shredded cabbage from store and make a simple dressing of lime juice, mayo and the same seasoning blend I put on salmon.
