Beat the winter blahs with this great new menu to start the new year. This menu is wonderful for winter, but will be in your weekly meal rotations all year long! And it is healthy to boot! This fabulous menu will include: Broccoli Salad with Maple-Cider Vinaigrette; Dry-Brined Roasted Chicken Breasts; Potato-Fennel Puree; and Banana Pumpkin Muffins for a sweet start to the new year!
