Cocktail Brunch!







Hope this next “virtual” class will inspire you to treat yourself and your family to an elegant and fun brunch!

This delicious menu can be safely served outdoors and has many do-ahead tricks! And if entertaining is not possible right now, use all of the components for a breakfast, lunch or dinner any time. The menu will include: Triple Orange Sunrise Punch; Smoked Salmon Cucumber Cups; Roasted Garlic Paste; Oven-Baked Caramelized Onion Frittata; Chilled Asparagus with a Lemon-Thyme Vinaigrette; and Spiced Apple Tartlet with Honey and Sea Salt.

Sign up for the class for $25 and receive recipe cards by mail and then receive a photo diary of each recipe by email. The photo diary will help you create the menu at home with step-by-step photos and direction. The photo diaries will also contain many do-ahead ideas for simple entertaining.
