Weeknight cooking should never be boring cooking! This meal will warm you up and excite your tastebuds! This delicious winter menu will include: Mushroom-Farro Soup; Pork Chops with Brown Butter-Garlic Sauce; Creamy Orzo and Spinach; and for a light sweet ending Baked Pears with Walnuts and Honey and Cinnamon Whipped Cream.
Dates for the new menu will be posted Monday morning – December 13. This new class will run through January on select dates. This week I am taking reservations for private groups of 8.
There will be a small price increase in the new year, from $55 to $60, due to the rising costs at the grocery store. Please visit my website December 13 to see available January dates. And for the safety of all, please only sign up for a class if you have been vaccinated.
If you are interested in taking this class with several friends, please respond early next week, and I will make every effort to get you into the class together. As always, please try to give a couple of date choices when making your request.
