I am sure we have all felt the prices going up at the grocery store! Just thought I would share a little tip, not rocket science, but… When I finish my pickles, instead of throwing out the brine, I slice up some English cucumber and add it to the brine. The next day and for the rest of the week, I now have a quick pickle, not super sour like a pickle, but fresh and delicious!!!
This small practice helps combat some food waste, which is not only good for the wallet but also for the environment!!
Wanted to also let you know a new menu will be coming out on December 5th. This January class will be a Thai-inspired menu. I will also be raising the price of class by $5 to address the rising prices at the grocery. I hope you can empathize and understand.
