Memories of Mexico City- After eating my way through Mexico City, I wanted to share some dishes that bring me right back! This vibrant menu full of fresh flavors will include: Hearts of Palm Ceviche (no fish); Fideo Soup; Roasted Pork with Ancho-Guajillo Red Sauce and Parsley Green Sauce; and Mexican Wedding Cookies for a sweet treat!
Dates for the new menu will be posted early Monday morning – February 24th. This new class will run from March 24th through April 30th (excluding Aril 7-9). This week I am taking reservations for private groups of 8. Please visit my website February 24th to see available March/April dates.
If you are interested in taking this class with several friends, please respond early and I will make every effort to get you into the class together. As always, please try to give a couple of date choices when making your request.
