“Spring Celebration”-Spring has sprung with this celebratory meal! These new techniques for salmon and broccoli will become your new weeknight staples but add in the salad and special dessert and you are ready to entertain! This delicious menu will include: Spinach and Fruit Salad with Warm Maple-Balsamic Dressing; Sear-Steamed Salmon with Herb and Caper Compound Butter; Blistered Broccoli with Brown Butter and Pine Nuts; and for an extra special ending Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake Tart with Biscoff Cookie Crust.
Dates for the new menu will be posted Monday morning – February 13. This new class will run March 7-30 on select dates. This week I am taking reservations for private groups of 8.

The price of the classes in the new year has gone up by $5 to $65 to reflect the rising costs at the grocery store. And as always, a portion of your payment will help feed the hungry in our community.
If you are interested in taking this class with several friends, please respond early next week, and I will make every effort to get you into the class together. As always, please try to give a couple of date choices when making your request.
